Home page and navigation

The home page and parts of the navigation can be freely designed per archive. They are maintained on the admin page under Settings.

What can be adapted

Component Effect
Navigation title The menu entry for the catalogue. It carries the name the archive chooses — «catalogue», «archive plan» or the name of the archive. Without a value, no entry appears.
Additional navigation A freely designable block for further menu entries
Home page text The text on the home page
Title of the root entry The heading above the archival arrangement

Added to this are logo and favicons.

What does not appear in the menu by itself

Anton comes with some areas but does not link to them of its own accord. Anyone wishing to offer them adds them via the additional navigation:

Not linked does not mean protected

A missing menu entry does not hide an area — the address is reachable for anyone who knows it. What is not meant to be public belongs behind protection periods and the «blocked» marker, not behind the omission of a link.

Multilingualism

The texts can be stored per language. Which languages are available is controlled by the archive's language setting — see language configuration.
